Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to all subscription payments made to Meel (meelapp.in), operated by Adil Oravingal. We aim to be fair and transparent in how we handle cancellations and refund requests.

2. Subscription Pricing

Meel is priced at ₹2 per registered household per month, available on monthly or annual billing cycles. There are no setup fees.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Meel subscription at any time by emailing support@meelapp.in with your registered email address and mosque name. Cancellations are processed within 1 business day of your request.

Upon cancellation, your account and data remain accessible until the end of the current paid period, after which access is deactivated.

4. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (within 3 days of payment): If you request a refund within 3 calendar days of your payment date, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, no questions asked.

Pro-rata Refund (after 3 days): If you cancel after 3 days, we will calculate the number of days the service was used and deduct that from your total. The remaining unused balance will be refunded.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions
• Partial months already consumed in a monthly plan (only full future months are refunded in a pro-rata calculation)

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@meelapp.in with:

• Your registered email address
• Mosque / organisation name
• Payment date and amount
• Reason for cancellation (optional, helps us improve)

We will review and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay.
